All graduate memos and forms will be saved in a personalized Shared Folder on Windows 365 OneDrive. Memos and forms will not be printed or sent via email. Make sure to check your Shared Folder regularly. New Memos are generated at the end of the Fall and Spring semesters.

Step-by-Step Instructions to Access OneDrive from Office 365
- Navigate to the official Microsoft 365 portal at office365.wvu.edu .
- Sign in with your WVU email address using mail instead of mix ( YourUsername@mail.wvu.edu).
- You will be redirected to the WVU Login page. Enter your WVU Login username and password. Complete your Duo two-factor authentication if prompted.
- Once you're logged in, navigate to the app section. Click the OneDrive icon (a white cloud).
- This will take you directly to your OneDrive account, where you can access your shared folders, containing memos and graduate forms.
