51st Chemistry Honors Day

On behalf of the Honors Day Committee, it is my pleasure to cordially invite you the 51st Annual Honors Day, hosted by the C. Eugene Bennett Department of Chemistry. Please mark your calendar for Friday, April 26 at 4:30. The event will be held in the Mountainlair Gold Ballroom. We will begin with a short ceremony commemorating the accomplishments of students, faculty, and staff over the past year. Afterwards, a reception will be held in honor of Harry Finklea, Jeff Petersen, John Penn, and Charlie Jaffe, all of whom have recently made the bittersweet decision to retire. We want to thank them for all they have done for the department, and wish them the best.
